Tasks

• Processing and sending of reporting requests and bill rejections of insurance
• Central contact person for inpatient and outpatient rejection management
• Cooperation in the optimization of medical and nursing documentation with regard to completeness
• Close cooperation with medical coding
• Interface function between the medical profession, nursing, medical coding, insurance and canton
• Clarification and handling of complex administrative and medical issues
• Active participation in the further development of processes within the KSA Group

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in an acute hospital in a medical profession, e.g. nursing, MPA or medical secretariat
• Professional experience in health insurance benefits
• Independent, self-responsible, structured and exact working method
• Ability to quickly capture and assess complex issues
• High integrity and social competence
• Safe handling of MS Office
• Good knowledge of common hospital information systems
• Strong communication and interface competence
• Interest in the active further development of processes and structures
