Pensum: 80–100% | Location: Baden, Beznau and Leibstadt | Start: by appointment, for 4–6 months

Which digitalization projects should we tackle next – and what do they really bring? In the future and demand stream of our digitization program Nuclear Energy, you will help to develop new requirements from the specialist areas into reliable basis for decision-making. While other teams are implementing ongoing projects, you are working on the future project pipeline of the Beznau and Leibstadt nuclear power plants.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• You take on new requirements from the specialist areas and maintain a transparent demand pipeline
• Together with the stakeholders, you clarify the problem, target groups and expected results
• From this, you derive rough requirements, scope, use cases and first success criteria
• You analyze projects by benefit, feasibility, effort, regulatory requirements and dependencies
• You develop business cases and TCO models with comprehensible assumptions, scenarios and risks
• You research market and solution options, compare alternative courses of action and prepare the most decision-making documents for programme and divisional bodies

Profile and skills

• You study Business Administration, Business Informatics, Business Engineering, Economics, Business Analytics or a comparable degree program
• You like to work with numbers and translate assumptions, scenarios and dependencies into comprehensible models
• You think analytically, ask critical questions and make assumptions and data gaps transparent
• You collect the needs of professional users structured, even if they do not use IT or financial language
• Experience with data analysis and visualization, such as Power BI, or with investment calculation and cost modeling is an advantage
• You have very good German and good English skills

About the team

You will become part of the future and demand stream in the digitalization program Nuclear Energy, which is responsible for the digital transformation of the Beznau and Leibstadt nuclear power plants. We work interdisciplinary, give you clearly defined analysis packages instead of mere preliminary work and accompany you with regular feedback from the program responsible digitization. You are the first person in this role: You build the demand pipeline and the associated analysis models and hand them over to the next person at the end – the position is then filled continuously in alternation.
