The entero Foundation has been committed to people with addiction diseases for more than 40 years. At four different locations in the canton of Aargau, more than 80 employees are involved in the support and care of patients and clients. Your tasks

• Maintenance and further development of the quality management system based on QuaTheDA
• Development, implementation and monitoring of quality standards in close cooperation with site management and management
• Implementation of internal audits, risk analyses and action plans for continuous improvement
• Ensuring compliance with legal requirements (e.g. data protection, therapeutic product law, professional secrecy).
• Responsibility for carrying out external maintenance and recertification audits
• Training and awareness-raising of employees on quality and data protection topics
• Leading the quality circle and reporting to the management
• Collection, analysis and evaluation of quality-relevant data (e.g. satisfaction surveys or ANQ)
• Cooperation with IT to ensure information security and data protection
• Maintaining medical statistics medstat

Requirement profile

• Completed quality management training
• Proven professional experience in comparable positions, preferably in health care
• Knowledge of norms and standards (e.g. QuaTheDa, ISO 9001, EFQM), as well as experience with risk management, data protection and compliance
• Analytical and networked thinking, structured and independent working methods
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
• Responsibility, solution orientation and joy in the design of change processes
