Requirements

• Diploma as a nurse
• At least 2 years of professional experience, ideally in the medical field
• Completed leadership training or willingness to complete it
• High social and self-competence
• Strong organisational skills
• Structured and solution-oriented working method
• High personal responsibility and commitment
• Willingness to actively shape change
• Enjoyment in the promotion and development of employees
• Ability to develop sustainable solutions for a demanding daily care
