For our location in Hunzenschwil, we are looking for an experienced and motivated personality for team management logistics. In this role, you and your team ensure smooth warehouse operations and ensure that safety regulations and legal requirements are consistently adhered to.

Task area

• Responsibility for a smooth operational process in the storage area as well as for compliance with safety regulations and legal requirements

• Co-responsibility for the control of the entry and exit of goods and for the implementation of the annual inventory

• Coordination of the provision of customer orders and related documents

• Operational planning of subordinate employees to ensure efficient operation in their own area

• Professional and organisational management of the logistics team and responsibility for its further development

• Operation and support of pick-up customers and loading and unloading of trucks

• Participation in the training of learners in the field of logistics, partly with joint responsibility

• Responsibility for cleanliness, order and maintenance of the storage areas as well as the logistical equipment / fleet in your own area

• Support for storage management and ensuring efficient internal processes

Profile

If your heart beats faster in the area of responsibility described above and you have the following experiences and competencies, you are our desired candidate:

• Completed basic training, ideally with further training in logistics

• At least 3 years of leadership experience in logistics

• Experience in warehousing operations and in goods incoming and outgoing

• Forklift and driving licence required

• Pleasant and friendly manners as well as customer-oriented appearance

• Dutiful, reliable and resilient personality with leadership skills

• Ability to keep track even in hectic situations and set priorities correctly

• Good physical condition

• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
• Knowledge of other national languages is an advantage

• Self-employed and structured working methods
