Main responsibilities
- Roche Pharma’s Pharma Site Services division is responsible for innovative, cost-effective and GMP-compliant planning and realization of investment projects at its Basel/Kaiseraugst location.
- With location logistics, we also take care of goods and shipments that come to the site, are stored and distributed here or leave the site.
- In addition, the department handles building and operations engineering, technical quality management and is responsible for reliable troubleshooting and maintenance, including the operation of the required infrastructure.
- We support our management and our customers in biotechnological, chemical and galenical production facilities, laboratory buildings and administration buildings.
- At the Basel and Kaiseraugst locations, the “Energies & Utilities” division is responsible for securing the energy and media supply, ensuring the operation of the building, and providing services in the maintenance area. The circle "Energies & Utilities
- Operation E2E" ensures the reliable, authority-compliant and cost-conscious operation of the heating, cooling and process media, including the supply and disposal.
- In this position, you ensure the availability, compliant and economical operation of the systems and support plants on behalf of our customers.
- You are responsible for the operation of the facilities, troubleshooting, maintenance, continuous optimizations (energy, costs) as well as external company support.

Key requirements
- At least three years of professional experience in the operation and maintenance of process plants in a GMP environment
- Practical experience in the energy supply is advantageous.
- You are experienced in the operation of process control systems of the mentioned systems.
- You have completed technical vocational training and ideally further training as a maintenance specialist - self-employed and self-organized working methods;
