Tasks

• Advising and supporting our patients, employees and visitors in the patient restaurant (Mercato) and cafeteria (Vista)
• Ensuring a professional food and beverage service
• Presentation and management of the offer
• Cash management and accounting
• Cooperation at banquets, events and events
• Responsibility for order, cleanliness and compliance with hygiene standards in the work area

Profile

• Completed vocational training in gastronomy or comparable service experience
• Motivated, committed and time-flexible personality
• Readiness for weekend, evening and shift work
• Resilient, independent and team-oriented working method
• High willingness to provide services and pleasure in direct contact with guests
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing, oral language skills in Italian and French are advantageous

Pensum: 80 %
