Role overview

Tasks - You will take responsibility for a high-turnover food department and ensure an attractive shopping experience and high customer satisfaction.

• You lead, support and motivate your team and create the conditions for sustainable success.

• You control the business metrics of your department and ensure the efficient use of personnel and goods.

• You ensure the highest standards in the areas of quality, hygiene and product presentation, requirements - You have completed basic training in retail or have several years of professional experience in sales.

• You have already gained management experience and know how to motivate and successfully develop employees.

• You impress with your high level of customer and service orientation as well as your strong commitment.

• You work independently, reliably and in a structured manner and use digital tools and systems confidently.

• You communicate stylishly in German, appear well-groomed and value teamwork.
