- In this position, you will perform service activities in accordance with work instructions and ABB quality and safety guidelines.
- You will ensure excellent customer service on a daily basis by planning service assignments and executing them in line with customer requirements and expectations.
- Through your clear and professional communication, you will contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing transparent information regarding schedules, processes, and expectations. Work model: Field-based
- This role is part of the Electrification, Smart Power division in Baden.
- Your key stakeholders will include customers, field service colleagues, and the internal service coordination team. You will be mainly accountable for:
- Collaborate with customers on-site to identify optimization opportunities and resolve existing challenges
- Perform service assignments, identify technical issues, and conduct on-site or remote analysis within the service categories and product areas for which you are certified
- Prepare material lists for service assignments and ensure that all required materials, spare parts, and tools are available, complete, and in proper working condition
