Their tasks

• Active participation in the establishment and implementation of the internal payroll processes as well as their continuous development
• Independent implementation and securing of monthly processing of wages
• Processing of all pay-related mutations as well as inputs and outputs
• Responsibility for absence management including illness, accident, maternity and EO
• Processing and checking of daily sickness and accident allowances and salary payments
• Care and maintenance of time management in Polypoint PEP
• Management of social insurance and cooperation with insurance companies, authorities and social insurance institutions in UKA Solutions
• Contact person for employees, managers and HR for questions about payroll, absences and time management
• Implementation of monthly and year-end work and preparation of evaluations
• Cooperation in the optimization and digitalization of HR, payroll and absence processes

Your profile

• Commercial education with further training in HR, payroll or social security
• Experience in setting up or further developing payroll processes as well as a high affinity for processes and systems
• Several years of professional experience in payroll and/or absence management
• Good knowledge of Swiss social security
• Experience with Polypoint PEP and UKA Solutions
• Very good IT and MS Office skills
• Precise, independent and reliable working method as well as a strong understanding of numbers
• Service-oriented, communicative and discreet personality
• Healthcare experience is beneficial
