Tasks

• System responsibility for using the soobr module from the waveware software. Implementation and assurance of correct data, assurance of professionally correct use by end users (management and team management cleaning) through training, interface to CAFM integration
• Conceptual clean-eneering cleaning performance of the buildings remaining on site to match the overall concept triad
• Technical support of the cleaning management team during the transfer from IST to NEW Triad
• Monitoring the industry with regard to future-proof technologies including digitalization and cleaning methodology for efficient use of resources (personnel, materials) i.e. Comparison of future possibilities to the situation triad as well as conducting tests and implementation of such technologies in cooperation with management functions cleaning
• Contact person for the external cleaning provider
• Cooperation in the evaluation and implementation of innovative services and processes through continuous market and competitor analysis to determine future-proof products and process possibilities for the triad = development of basic information
• Support in designing process and organisational structure

Requirements

• Higher professional training in Facility Management (HF/FH level) with focus on the hotel industry / building cleaning
• Desiring experience in calculating FM services (focus on cleaning), creation of concepts
• Professional responsibility in the sense of correctness of the content to be developed and system responsibility soobr cleaning management
• Ability for structured, networked thinking: to obtain, structure, evaluate, present information, correctly interpret and appropriately present results of processing processes.
• Strong leadership, communication and conflict resolution skills as well as high social skills
• Experienced handling of MS Office as well as high load capacity, flexibility and reliability
