Their tasks

• They are jointly responsible for a mixed-age children’s group as well as the planning and implementation of the day-care in consultation with the group management and the other parent group.
• Create a development-promoting atmosphere in which the children and the staff can feel safe, comfortable and develop on the basis of the dual educational concept elmar
• Active design of outdoor experiences, we spend a lot of time outside in any weather
• Capture children’s portfolio and write location-determining conversations
• Competent and transparent cooperation with parents
• Attendance and organisation of meetings and events

Your profile

• Completed training as a specialist child care EFZ
• Flexibility, independence, initiative, readiness and resilience
• Self-reflection and motivation to further develop
• A pleasant and constructive team atmosphere is important to you and you enjoy working across groups
• Good organisational and planning skills
• Good expressiveness in German and good PC skills
