Tasks

• Support of the management of the hotel industry as well as the specialist areas of patient hospitality, restoration, cleaning and kitchen in operational and organizational issues.
• Operational assignments in the various areas for the review and further development of concepts, processes and workflows.
• Participation in the conception, introduction and optimization of process and organisational structures within the hotel industry.
• Creation of basic principles, evaluations, documentation and presentations for specialist and management decisions.
• Collaboration in market, trend and competitor analyses to identify future-oriented products, services and process solutions.
• Support in the development and implementation of innovative concepts for the further development of the hotel industry in triads.
• Assuming coordination and administration tasks in various projects and working groups.

Requirements

• Technical training in the hospitality sector (BP/HFP/HF level)
• First experience in hospitality in healthcare is beneficial
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented working method
• Strong organisational skills and a high level of personal responsibility
• Proactive personality with networked thinking and action
• Resilience, flexibility and openness to change
• High willingness to perform and learn as well as reliability and motivation
• Secure handling of common Microsoft Office applications
