We are looking for someone for the Salmenpark residential and care center in Rheinfelden on October 1st, 2026 or by appointment

Health specialist as a vocational trainer 80-100%

Your tasks

• Responsible for organizing, planning and implementing learning support on the wards
• Contact person for our AGS and FaGe learners and HF students
• Holistic care and support for guests in accordance with our care principles and the care process
• Planning and accompanying doctor's visits
• Electronic care documentation using CareCoach
• Control of the nursing process and management of case discussions
• Taking on tasks as a caregiver
• Assumption of day-to-day responsibility and coordination of the day-to-day team
• Taking on tasks as a topic carrier for an assigned specialist topic with technical authority to give instructions

Your profile

• A warm and humorous attitude
• Completed training as a health specialist EFZ
• Completed vocational training course
• Completed further training SVEB 1 or willingness to complete it
• Professional experience in long-term care desired
• Confident communication in the German language, both spoken and written
