• Recruitment, training and support of learners
• Planning, implementation and evaluation of learning processes
• Planning, organization and design of day-to-day daycare in close cooperation with the pedagogical team
• Creating a development-promoting and appreciative atmosphere for children and employees based on the dual education concept Elmar
• Planning, design and support of varied nature and outdoor activities in all weather conditions
• Preparation of portfolios, location determinations and development reports
• Competent, appreciative and transparent cooperation with parents

Your profile

• EFZ as specialist care, completed since at least 31.07.2024
• Certificate as a vocational trainer and experience in accompanying and training learners
• Enthusiasm and commitment to vocational training
• Independent, structured and reliable working method
• Good organisational and planning skills
• Strong administrative skills and secure handling of IT applications
• Communication-strong, resilient and responsible personality with a high level of initiative
