Membership, meaningfulness and competence With an experienced team, we accompany patients through ups and downs and help them to find their way back to life or work after an accident or illness.

At Bellikon Professional Integration Competence Center, you will support and accompany accidented and/or sick people on their way back to the job market. You design individual measures, carry out targeted clarifications and develop professional perspectives together with the clients. As a bridge builder, you work in an interdisciplinary team with specialists from consulting, coaching, therapy, medicine and social insurance. In an exciting environment, you develop sustainable career prospects for people in transition situations. Your workday is varied, meaningful and characterized by real impact.

Tasks

• Design measures: You plan, accompany and evaluate individually tailored therapy processes and measures in the context of occupational integration
• Take responsibility: You have case responsibility for clients after an accident or illness
• Recognize strengths: You accompany your clients in practical, theoretical and ergonomic investigations. This with a holistic view of individual resources, skills, skills and development potential
• Working in a network: You work closely with the interdisciplinary team and internal specialists (e.g. career counselling, job coaching, occupational therapy, medicine) as well as with external partners such as social insurance, medical specialists and other relevant stakeholders
• Plan for the future: Together with the clients and involved positions (e.g. Suva, IV, employers) you develop realistic and sustainable integration plans You recognize opportunities and build bridges: With a good sense of the current job market, you accompany your clients
• Communicating clearly: You write differentiated reports, recommendations and documentation in precise German
• Thinking and shaping: You get involved in projects and contribute to the further development of our offers

Profile

• Technically well-founded: You have an education in occupational therapy, psychology, a medical-therapeutic field, in labor agogy or in a comparable field of expertise
• Experience in professional integration: You have profound experience in professional integration. Ideally in the context of social insurance (IV, Suva)
• Versatile Competent: You have experience in accompanying people with physical and/or psychological problems and feel safe even in demanding, complex situations
• Team player with attitude: You like to work in a team, meet people from different backgrounds with openness and appreciation and always act solution-oriented
• Independent and responsible: You take on responsibility, work in a structured way and advance your tasks on your own initiative
• Digitally fit and linguistically versed: You master MS Office safely and express yourself in writing as well as orally stylish in German. Other national languages are beneficial
