Activities

• Manual WIG/TIG welding of nickel-based alloys, chromium steel and Inconel alloys
• Welding work on robotic systems and on circular and longitudinal welding machines
• Execution of orbital and spot welding work
• Creation, documentation and updating of working papers and welding instructions
• Capture and feedback of operating data
• Execution of general spoiling work such as grinding, straightening and bending
• Ensuring high quality and timely production
• Requirements
• Completed vocational apprenticeship as a plant and apparatus manufacturer or a comparable technical training
• Further training in the field of welding of advantage
• Welding examinations according to EN ISO 9606-4 of advantage
• In-depth practical experience in TIG/TIG welding of advantage
• Self-employed, careful and responsible working methods
• Delight in demanding and technically challenging welding work
• Reliability, flexibility and resilience
• Willingness to work in early and late shift operation
