- Planning and carrying out customer visits to advise and ensure their satisfaction.
- Training of store employees in the field of bread and bakery products.
Main responsibilities
- Planning and carrying out customer visits to advise and ensure their satisfaction.
- Training of store employees in the field of bread and bakery products.
- Active support during new openings and reopenings.
- Animation of bakery training and product presentations.
- Technical assistance in the field of store ovens, as well as setting up new in-store ovens in Migros branches, including installation and programming. Required
- Professional experience: Several years of professional experience in the retail and/or food sector
- Completed Professional Learning (CFC): Several years of professional experience in the retail and/or food sector
- Careful presentation, autonomous, flexible and solutions-oriented method of work, with excellent communication skills and great empathy
- High technical affinity and strong computer literacy
- Home in French-speaking Switzerland (proximity with customers) as well as willingness to make many trips by car (driving permits required) A first experience in external sales is desired German (Good knowledge) Cosa offeriamo
