About the role Sika is a global, innovative company for chemical and technical specialties in the construction and industrial sectors. For our team in order processing Export in Birr we are looking for reinforcement.

• They handle our export orders from ordering to invoicing and are an important contact for our Sika companies and direct customers.
• They accept orders via various channels, record and process them and take care of credit and direct debits, returns and quality messages.
• They ensure that delivery times and deadlines are reliably communicated to our customers and adhered to.
• They organize the international transports and choose the appropriate packaging and means of transport, taking into account costs, reliability, transport time and customer requirements.
• They assess shipability taking into account credit rules, import licences, origin criteria and country and customer specific requirements.
• They draw up and obtain the necessary freight, forwarding and insurance documents as well as necessary certifications and legalisations.
• They handle logistical complaints and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and service quality.

Your skills and experience

• Ideally, they have commercial training and experience in order processing, preferably in the export business.
• They work in a structured, independent and reliable manner and keep an overview even with a high order volume.
• Contact with internal and external customers gives you pleasure and a pronounced service orientation is a matter of course for you.
• They have good user knowledge of SAP and are familiar with the common MS Office applications.
• They think process-oriented and cross-divisionally and are happy to actively participate in the cooperation and further development of the team.
• They are flexible, team-oriented and appreciate a versatile field of work with an international focus.
