The Position With its approximately 1,600 employees, the Kaiseraugst Production Center ensures uninterrupted patient care with high-quality medicines. Kaiseraugst stands for the highest standards of pharmaceutical production, the largest, most innovative packaging center in Roche and the supply of more than 120 countries.

The Utilities team as part of the E&S (Engineering & SHE) support area is responsible for ensuring the media supply in the production buildings in Kaiseraugst, in compliance with all regulatory requirements. The aim is to provide the best possible support for the manufacturing units in order to enable uninterrupted production.

As a technical expert in the field of clean media supply at E&S Utilities, you are the operator of clean media systems. Your responsibilities include the following activities:

The possibility

• WBI/WFI/pure steam plants and systems GMP & GEP compliant and operating according to the regulatory requirements
• Maintenance, contract management, improvements and further development of systems and equipment
• Operation of waste water systems (WAS, WAR, WAI)
• Keep logbooks and manage SOPs
• Implementation and documentation of regular inspection tours
• Bringing technical expertise and operational experience to projects
• Initiation of modernizations and assistance in cost planning
• Implement BCM for the plants & systems
• Close cooperation and exchange with the plant owners and companies
• Interpreting energy consumption and deriving measures
• Define the scope of maintenance and spare parts management
• Performance of Pikettdienst to ensure continuous media supply for production facilities

Who are you?

• At least three years of professional experience in the operation and maintenance of process water plants WBI / WFI, ultra pure steam generators
• Practical experience in a GMP environment
• Practical experience in energy supply is beneficial.
• You are experienced in the operation of process control systems of said systems.
• You have completed technical vocational training and ideally further training as a maintenance specialist.
• Independent and self-organised working methods
• High level of teamwork and solution orientation, combined with a high degree of responsibility
• Fluent German skills in words and writing, ideally English skills round off your profile.
