Tasks

• Planning and coordination of elective operations as well as the anesthesia consultation including scheduling and coordination with the specialist areas.
• Ensure organizational requirements such as orders, appointment windows and completeness of the necessary documents.
• Responsibility for bed management and early, late and weekend service in close cooperation with the stations.
• Assuming front office tasks such as reception, patient registration and general administrative activities.
• implementation of patient-related support activities in the framework of technical training.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training as MPA, FaGe or Dipl. Care professional with professional experience
• Communicative personality, self-responsible, independent and competent work
• Several years of professional experience, ideally in the acute hospital/op environment, patient administration or disposition
• Clear, friendly and solution-oriented communication
• Independent, responsible work with a sense of priorities
• Secure use of IT/planning tools; medical terminology is everyday for you
