Company and context
- As an Executive Assistant, you support the Chief Financial Officer T&S and the Head Risk Management T&S professionally, proactively and with a high level of personal responsibility in administrative, organizational and coordination matters.
- Contribute significantly to the efficient management of day-to-day business and the quality assurance of management processes.
- Central contact person and organizational interface for the Chief Financial Officer T&S and the Head Risk Management T&S
- Proactive calendar, appointment and pending coordination including prioritization of relevant topics, deadlines and documents
- Preparation, coordination and follow-up of meetings, workshops and management appointments including agenda, documents and follow-up
- Pre-sonification, prioritization and processing of incoming e-mails as well as consistent tracking of open pendencies
- Professional coordination with internal and external stakeholders and ensuring a reliable flow of information
- Preparation, structuring and quality assurance of presentations, decision templates and communication documents
- Organisation of business trips, workshops and other sectoral activities
