Neurology

Job: From 1 January 2027 or by agreement, for an indefinite period

Tasks

• They are responsible for complex transfer from the intensive care unit, prepare them and accompany the care team.
• They are consulted in the department for complex patient situations and advise patients, relatives and the interprofessional team.
• They take over the professional leadership as well as support and coaching of specialist experts in neurology.
• They create and update subject-specific SOPs, instructions and concepts in cooperation with the specialist / nursing experts and other professional groups.
• They lead and accompany projects within the framework of specialist development in the nursing development team and ensure the quality of care in neurology and the entire CSA.
• They prepare current care quality indicators, discuss them in the participatory management committee and initiate measures, plan the evaluation and delegate the implementation to the experts.
• You work out operational goals together with the management of care development.
• They ensure interprofessional cooperation through suitable vessels.
• You perform your advisory and exemplary role in all care-relevant topics and have a right of codecision in the participatory management committee as well as in the specialist committee.

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in neurology or in medicine
• Master of Science in Nursing or in half of study
• Understanding strategic and operational as well as scientific issues
• Professional appearance and pleasure in the further development of the specialist areas in an interprofessional team
