- Preparation, conduct and supervision of English courses in presentation and/or online
- Practical education based on the principles of adult education
- Course design taking into account the prior knowledge of each participant
- Active participation in continuing training Requirements
- Experience confirmed in adult education: in the field concerned or in a comparable function
- Initial or continuing training completed: ESFA adult trainer Careful and warm attitude towards clients
- Independent, flexible and reliable personality
- Transmission of technical knowledge in a varied, targeted and participatory manner
