Role overview
In After Sales Handling in Dintikon, you check and document returns and warranty cases from the post office and our shops.

- Further processing of returns from the shop
- Experience in clerical processing, ideally with knowledge of our product groups as well as with reference to returns and guarantee processes or as a logistician with a commercial diploma

Main responsibilities
- Timely recording and customer-oriented processing of customer returns and warranty cases in our ERP
- Further processing of returns from the shop
- Responsibility for the quality and quantity of returns and warranty cases (completeness, customer solutions, etc.)
- Forwarding of cases to the appropriate departments such as refurbishing, manufacturers, suppliers or service partners
- Control of incoming shipments from suppliers, manufacturers and service centers before sending to external and internal customers and interfaces
- Various Correspondence with internal interfaces Requirements
- 1 year of experience: in clerical processing
- Completed vocational training (EFZ): logistics or retail trade
- Good PC user knowledge in MS Office and ERP systems as well as the willingness to acquire the necessary know-how in clerical processing
- Confident written and spoken German skills and ideally good French or knowledge of English for written and oral communication in everyday work
