Your new tasks

• Answering questions from customers about purchasing at Pfister in direct customer contact at the information desk in the store
• Answering customer questions by phone and email
• Ensuring administrative tasks in the branch (correspondence, price labels, customer service cases, etc.)
• Support for branch management in administrative tasks
• Support of employees in sales in questions concerning sales documents, IT systems and administrative processes in the branch
• Help out on the sales floor and at the checkout if necessary
• Retail training
• Contactful and communicative personality
• Saturday is a working day
• Good PC user knowledge
• Stylistic German in Word and Writing
• Some years of professional experience in sales or administration
• Foreign language skills in French and English are beneficial
