- Accompanying patients Ensuring a smooth entry and exit process for patients
Company and context
- Carrying out general administrative activities such as mail processing and other organizational tasks in the reception area Requirements:
- Completed basic training as a hotel manager EFZ or as a businesswoman EFZ Professional experience at reception or in a comparable service-oriented function, ideally in the upscale hotel industry High service orientation as well as a friendly, respectful and professional demeanor as well as excellent communication skills
- Well-groomed appearance and professional manners
- Strong empathy and sensitivity in dealing with patients and relatives
- Organizational skills and the ability to keep an overview and set priorities even in hectic situations
- Team-oriented, reliable and cooperative way of working
- Very good knowledge of spoken and written German;
- Further language skills in French, Italian and English are an advantage
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including as part of a rotating schedule as well as on weekends and public holidays We offer:
