Who you are

We are looking for open-minded salespeople who not only provide friendly and competent advice to our customers, but who are keen to offer them an exceptional shopping experience.

• Your passion for sales and customer contact is just as great as that for furniture and home furnishings.
• You already have experience in sales or customer service.
• You enjoy contact with customers, know how to welcome them and advise them in an inspiring way.
• You pay close attention to the needs of your customers in order to offer them tailor-made and individual solutions.
• You actively contribute to the development of all services to help customers make decisions and create an unforgettable shopping experience.
• You set priorities and organize your daily work efficiently to make the most of your time.
• You have good PC skills, speak fluent German and also English.

You are responsible for

• Help create an exceptional IKEA shopping experience and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Actively addressing customers in order to recognize their needs and advise them in the best possible way.
• Know the full range of available services to offer them to customers according to their needs.
• Maximize sales activities by ensuring your area of responsibility is always clean, tidy and well-equipped.
• Working closely with other departments in the store to optimize sales.
• Daily cooperation with our interior designers to achieve an optimal visual impact and to awaken the interest of our customers with new and inspiring ideas.
