Main responsibilities
- Conduct of inspections, maintenance and troubleshooting of building installations
- Execution of maintenance, maintenance and maintenance work incl. Greenland management and winter service
- Identification and implementation of optimization measures to ensure smooth operation
- Management of spare parts and maintenance of technical documentation
- Taking over the Pikett service and ensuring high plant availability Requirements
- Completed basic technical training, preferably in the field of sanitary or heating, with a federal certificate for housekeeper:
- Several years of professional experience in facility management as well as in-depth knowledge in maintenance and maintenance of technical building installations
- Strong technical understanding as well as independent and solution-oriented working methods
- Readiness for Pikettdienst and assignments outside regular working hours
- Team capable, committed and responsible personality with a professional appearance and high quality awareness What we offer
