- Completed vocational training as a FaBe EFZ or employment actor with a federal professional card and several years of professional experience in dealing with young people aged between 14 and 18 years
- Enjoyment of domestic activities (cooking, cleaning, etc.)
- They keep a cool head even in hectic situations, act in a focused manner, set clear boundaries and resolve conflicts in a solution-oriented manner.
- Interest, openness and understanding in contact with young people from other cultures
- Oral and written knowledge of German at least at level B1, other languages of advantage
- Proper reputation and ticket category B, own vehicle advantageous
- The population is at the heart of the activities of the Department of Health and Social Affairs.
