Their tasks

• Is jointly responsible for a competent service in the guest area
• Residential and guest care
• Maintained food and drink services
• Creating the Mise en Place
• Compliance with hygiene regulations and HACCP guidelines
• Cleaning and refilling work
• Assistance with catering and events
• Support in the kitchen
• Debt collection incl. End of day

Your profile

• Training as a restaurant employee / restaurant employee EBA, service specialist employee / service specialist employee EFZ or some years of professional experience in an equivalent capacity
• Readiness for weekend assignments, events and caterings
• A warm and humorous basic attitude
• Enjoying multiple challenges
• Good knowledge of German in words and writing
