YOUR TASKS

• For our new construction project, you take on an important role in the support of commissioning, integral tests, acceptances, etc. - this in house and medical technology
• You coordinate the deliveries and deadlines with the suppliers and manufacturers and maintain the investment documentation in the CAFM
• As a tech-savvy all-rounder, you are responsible for troubleshooting, revision, installation and commissioning of various technical systems
• After in-depth training, you assume responsibility for your own specialist areas such as building automation / electrical / medical technology as well as other building technology systems
• You support the established team in various other areas
• You participate in the pikettdienst at night and on weekends and can within approx. 20 minutes in the clinic

Your profile

• You have completed technical training in one of the mentioned subject areas
• Further training or experience in building automation, building technology or as a maintenance specialist is advantageous
• You bring the willingness to work with you in the areas that are more unknown to you
• You have already gained several years of professional experience
• You are very adept at handling the PC and speak fluent German
• You are a team player, work service-oriented and appreciate daily customer contact
• Good analytical thinking, great resilience and a lot of flexibility round off your profile
