Who you are

We are looking for employees in customer service who enjoy standing by our customers with advice and deeds and offering them the best possible shopping experience. Thanks to you, our customers will not only visit IKEA with a smile, they will also leave our stores with a smile and look forward to coming back.

• You have a strong service orientation, a friendly manner and a good feeling for the wishes of customers.
• You always have an answer to requests and a solution to any problem – no matter how stressful the situation may be.
• You have a flair for dealing with people and enjoy offering our customers the best possible shopping experience.
• You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing and are confident in dealing with the PC. English is an advantage.
• You are numerical, can handle money well and feel comfortable on the computer.
• You have a passion for home furnishings and the IKEA brand and look forward to getting to know the IKEA product range and service options in detail.
• You feel safe in dealing with the English language, so that you can always be addressed by international customers.
