The Position To strengthen our team within the Technical Unit Sterile Filling, we are looking for a committed personality as an electrician or automatician (m/f/d). In this role, you make a significant contribution to ensuring plant availability and assume responsibility for the technical support of the plants and processes in your area of responsibility, in strict compliance with all relevant requirements. This includes, for example, solution production including the freezing and thawing process as well as the ancillary systems, the filling of ready-made syringes and liquid vials and the freeze-drying systems (in insulator or cleanroom technology) as well as inline and offline inspection.

The possibility As an electrician / automatician (m/f/d), you are part of the technical unit team and subordinate to one of the six asset care leads. In your role, you work closely with the manufacturing units within the “Manufacturing Unit Sterile Filling” and the local interfaces.

• Professionally correct faults at highly automated systems (first level support). Detection, analysis and evaluation of plant malfunctions
• Independent implementation of planned maintenance activities and conversion work (format change)
• Ensure and optimize plant availability, as well as work according to m. the regulatory requirements in the GMP environment incl. Documentation of maintenance activities performed
• Close cooperation and continuous exchange with the technical areas of neighboring assets
• Close cooperation with interfaces, in particular of operations and automation engineering
• Working and living the LEAN idea through cooperation in the continuous process and plant optimization as well as in the management of spare and wear parts
• Readiness for Picetting Work When Needed
• Readiness for normal working hours, as well as shift work in 2-shift operation, 3-shift operation (continuous) and 5-shift operation (fully continuous in the 6/4 model).

Who you are

• Completed technical training as (m/f/d) Automatic / Electrician / Mechatronics engineer
• At least 3 years of professional experience (since completion of training) in the maintenance and maintenance of production facilities in pharmaceutical production/packaging or in a highly regulated environment, specific experience with sterile filling facilities (e.g. vials, ampoules, syringes) beneficial
• In addition to your in-depth knowledge of control and regulation technology (e.g. PLC basics), you also have an independent, communicative, resilient and flexible personality, enjoy independent work, take on responsibility and enjoy working in a team
• Knowledge in the maintenance of dosing devices, cleaning and sterilization units (e.g. CIP/SIP systems – Cleaning-in-Place/Sterilization-in-Place)
• Secure application of standard PC programs (MS Office and Google), as well as experience with computer-assisted maintenance systems (e.g. SAP)
• Very good language skills in German in Word and Writing & English skills beneficial
• Business electrician license according to NIV13 is advantageous
