- You design new training offers and develop existing courses
- You define learning goals, structure, methodology and didactics and provide a compelling learning experience
- Together with experts, you will develop innovative and practical educational formats
Designing learning pathways
- You develop structured learning paths with coordinated basic, advanced and certification courses
- You create attractive training opportunities that promote sustainable learning
Managing the Educational Portfolio
- You analyze market needs and define the appropriate offer mix.
- You assess demand, utilization and participant feedback and derive optimizations from this
- Together with the area of finance, you develop economically successful offers
Cooperation with lecturers
- You gain qualified lecturers and accompany them in the development of their courses
- You ensure a high quality of our educational offers through clear didactic guidelines
Planning and marketing
- You are responsible for the rolling course planning and coordinate appointments and capacities
- You work closely with marketing and provide target group knowledge and content for effective communication
What you bring
- Education: You have training in physiotherapy. Further training in adult education (e.g. SVEB certificate, CAS adult education or a comparable qualification) is an advantage
- Experience: You bring experience in the development of educational offers or course formats
- Working method: You work analytically, structured and independently. You think entrepreneurially and keep track of several projects
- Personality: You are strong in communication, convince through your safe appearance and enjoy actively promoting topics
