Role overview

In the radiology of the KSB you are the first contact point for patients and medical professionals.

Together with the medical team, you will ensure that you work smoothly and everything is well organized.

Your tasks

• You accept phone calls and emails and process them reliably.

• You agree dates and coordinate radiological studies.

• You receive outpatient patients and prepare the necessary documents for their examinations.

• You make sure that the flow of information between all professional groups works smoothly.

• You perform general administrative tasks, such as the processing of medical reports or the care of patient data.

Your profile

• You have a completed training and already experience as a doctor's secretary or as a medical/practice assistant.

• You know well with medical terminology.
