• Personnel management & personnel planning of 15-35 employees

• Responsibility for training and education of the team

• Implementation of customer orientation and sales standards in the branch

• Goods disposition and presentation

• Participation in the success of the branch by controlling the key figures

Your profile

• Several years of professional experience in sales or a similar environment

• Ideally completed vocational training in the retail trade

• Enthusiasm for trade and experience in employee management

• Team spirit, sense of responsibility and decision-making

• High motivation, flexibility, readiness and resilience

• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
