Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) Psychiatrie Baselland Member of Management They assume the overall responsibility for care and the therapeutic cross-sectional services and lead a central part of the organization with high professional, human and economic responsibility.
As a member of the Executive Board, you actively shape the strategic development of the PBL and introduce the perspective of care into central business and health issues.
In close, equivalent cooperation with the medical directorate in the sense of an interprofessional leadership structure, you develop offers and structures within the framework of an integrated psychiatric service and shape the positioning of the care sustainably.
In doing so, you control resources, quality and economy and drive the further development of treatment models across all settings.
They promote interprofessional cooperation, develop executives and organizations in a targeted manner and actively shape transformation processes.
- Your profile You have a well-founded nursing training with further qualification and bring multi-year leadership experience at the top of the cadres in a comparable function, ideally in the psychiatric environment or in complex health organisations.
They combine nursing expertise with entrepreneurial thinking and are familiar with the management of demanding organizations.
They move safely into interprofessional structures and create orientation as an integral and binding leadership personality, set clear goals and also lead in change situations transparent and consistent.
