Tasks

• Responsible for the medical competence delegation
• Establishing medical standards for emergency rating and first aid instructions
• Support for the management of the medical emergency call centre 144 in operational operations
• Co-responsible for the training and further development of employees
• Representation of specialist medical interests internally as well as external partners
• Co-responsible for quality assurance and development

Requirements

• Swiss medical diploma or equivalent training with MEBEKO recognition
• Specialist recognition (anaesthesiology, internal medicine or surgery)
• Additional qualification in preclinical emergency medicine (SNGOR or equivalent)
• Several years of experience in the Swiss health and rescue sector
• Team-oriented personality with high cooperation ability
• Good IT skills
