Tasks

• You complete an individual aspirant program and take part in specialist and management training with the aim of taking over the function as managing director.
• During this time you actively participate in all the rayons of the sales office.
• You learn how our employees can be promoted and developed.
• You also learn how to ensure optimal goods management and an attractive shop image.
• The personnel assignment planning including cost control and the branch administration are also part of your daily tasks.

Requirements

• Completed basic training in retail trade or corresponding professional experience in sales
• Management experience of advantage
• Friendly and team-oriented personality with a well-kept appearance
• ambition, commitment and willingness to engage in our common goals
• Flexibility in terms of deployment times
