• Main responsibility for a national mandate with major locations in Aarau, Lucerne, Zurich, St. Gallen and various outdoor locations
• Responsibility for the acquisition of additional services and for the further development of the local contract
• Effective leadership and development of highly qualified teams
• Ensuring control of expenditure and budget development
• Cooperation with country teams and country experts via a matrix structure
• Creation of monthly P&Ls at contract level
• Reporting on SLAs
• Collaborate with experts to ensure innovation, quality assurance, best practice and compliance standards
• QHSE responsibility This is what we expect from you
• You bring several years of experience in facility management with a focus on hard FM and cleaning, preferably in the hotel or hospitality environment. You also have experience in earnings and budget responsibility
• You bring several years of direct leadership experience from teams that you knew how to motivate even in challenging situations
• Experience in decentralized structures
• Communication talent at different levels
• You are a service-oriented networker and a team player who thinks and acts in a solution-oriented and entrepreneurial manner.
• You are structured, well organized and looking for innovative solutions for everyone involved. You promote your employees purposefully and individually
• Even in hectic situations, you will retain the necessary peace of mind as well as the far-reaching and overview
