Nursing professional with additional function as a vocational trainer, focus INT Pensum 80% - 100%, share of vocational training 20% employee category employee/job entry by agreement The following tasks are expected:

• Professional care and care of internist patients with complex clinical pictures
• Responsible for diagnostic, therapeutic and preventive care measures
• Independent planning, implementation, monitoring and adaptation of the care process
• Close cooperation with the interdisciplinary treatment team
• Working independently as a group manager
• Participation in meetings Your tasks as a vocational trainer:
• Accompanying and supporting trainees at different levels (HF, FaGe + AGS) according to educational specifications and training concept
• Regular professional exchange regarding the level of education of the apprentices assigned to it with the station management and the entire team
• Conducting site meetings
• Implementation of certificates of competence for trainees as well as acceptance of specialist discussions with students HF ... and many other exciting activities You convince us with this profile:
• Completed training as a dipl. Nursing professional
• First professional experience in rehabilitation care or acute hospital, preferably in the internist field
• Good and proven knowledge in medical technology
• Experience accompanying learners and students

• Strong social skills, teamwork and communication skills
• High service and customer orientation
• Active participation in the interdisciplinary treatment process

Requirements

• Completed diploma as a diploma nurse

• Initial professional experience in rehabilitation nursing or acute hospital, preferably in the internist field

• Reliable and independent work with high learning readiness
