Dedicated personality for our diverse team with different age groups and cultural backgrounds, in which we interact with each other in a humorous, respectful and appreciative manner.

On our ward we care for 32 neurological patients in two-bed rooms. The organization is divided into two areas, each led by interprofessional teams with different qualifications.

Due to their illnesses, our patients often need comprehensive support in everyday life. We guarantee professionally competent, empathetic and respectful care according to recognized concepts such as Bobath, kinesthetics and F.O.T.T.

A diverse range of tasks from basic and treatment care requires specialist expertise and a sense of responsibility. An open and constructive error culture is just as natural to us as close interdisciplinary collaboration, which ensures holistic support.

Your tasks

• Patient-oriented care: You help our patients find their way back to an independent life. Your work has a direct influence on the healing and treatment process
• Interdisciplinary collaboration: Through close collaboration with various specialist disciplines, you make a significant contribution to holistic treatment and rehabilitation
• Diversity: You can look forward to varied and responsible tasks. Flexibility and learning opportunities arise from the diverse medical histories of our patients

Your profile

• Training: You have completed recognition as a qualified nursing specialist or equivalent training with at least one positive SRK PreCheck
• Experience: You have experience in dealing with complex care situations and medical technology
• Commitment: You are committed to interdisciplinary collaboration
• Personality: You have a strong communication personality with a high level of customer orientation, social skills and team orientation. You are also characterized by flexibility, independence and a competent and well-groomed appearance
