Main responsibilities
- You conduct individual and group therapy sessions for patients of geriatric and internal rehabilitation.
- You assist patients in the rehabilitation process and are involved in the planning of the exit.
- You work interdisciplinarily with other departments, ergotherapy, social counseling, nutrition therapy, and medicine and care.
- You are responsible for the documentation of diagnostic and follow-up data and the writing of reports.
