• Self-responsible, competent and resource-oriented care of our clients in the home environment
• Direct exchange with our customers, relatives and the interdisciplinary team
• Digital documentation for efficient work organization with Perigon
• Assuming extended responsibility and participating in modern care processes, case management
• Daily responsibility in the interval

Qualification/Requirements

• Completed training nurse HF (SRC recognition in foreign diplomas)
• RAI HC Basic Course
• Saddle in the application and execution of the entire care process incl. Needs assessment
• Experience in “assuming day-to-day responsibility”
• Joy and motivation for care in the ambulatory area
• High social skills, teamwork skills and empathy
• Very good knowledge of German in word and writing mind. B2
• Cat B driving licence and own car
• Structured and independent working methods
• Assignments in all services. Early, late, weekend and shared services are no problem for you
