Their tasks

• Holistic care: You take care of our clients, taking into account their individual needs and life situations with a lot of empathy.
• Competent case management: You support our clients and their relatives as expert case management and offer professional assistance.
• Daily Responsibility & Quality: You implement the care process independently and actively contribute to the securing and further development of our care quality through your expertise.
• Teamwork at eye level: You work closely with team management and other specialists and actively contribute your ideas.

Your profile

• Completed training as a Dipl. Care professional HF/FH
• They treat clients with respect and understanding and bring joy to the specific problem management
• You enjoy working independently, responsibly and enrich the team with your flexibility and team spirit
• You are in possession of a valid category B driving licence
