Klinik Im Hasel AG is a psychiatric-psychotherapeutic specialist clinic with a cantonal service mandate for the treatment of addiction and trauma disorders. As a health insurance-approved institution and part of the cantonal hospital list, we offer high-quality, evidence-based and human-oriented treatment for our patients. With around 170 dedicated employees at three locations – our inpatient clinic in Gontenschwil, the ambulatorium and the day clinic in Lenzburg and the trauma-specific ambulatorium in Baden – we combine professional competence with an appreciative and interdisciplinary cooperation.

At our location in Baden, we are building up a daily clinical, trauma-specific treatment offer. For this we are looking for several Dipl as of 01.01.2027 or by agreement. Nurses HF/FH

Your tasks

• Medical and nursing care of our patients: inside (without basic care)
• Management of trauma-specific group therapies
• Caregivers in the context of trauma-focused treatment
• Participation in interdisciplinary reports, visits, team meetings, therapy planning and location discussions
• Participation in the implementation and further development of the care standards and the therapy concept
• Assuming responsibilities within care

Your profile

• Degree as a Dipl. Nurse HF/FH (AKP, DNII, PsyKP) or MPA
• Professional experience in psychiatric specialisation
• Professional experience in the field of trauma beneficial and/or strong motivation to further develop in it
• Flexibility, integrity, balance and patience
• Open, motivated, responsible, resilient and team capable personality
