For our specialized dementia team, we are looking for a committed qualified nurse who can provide competent and empathetic support to people with dementia in their usual environment.
Your mission
- You look after and care for people with dementia at home – individually, respectfully and professionally
- You take over the case management and work closely with relatives, family doctors and other specialists
- You recognize changes early and design suitable support offers with
- You give You are happy to continue your knowledge – e.g. to colleagues or learners in a team
- You bring your expertise and help to develop our dementia-specific offers
Your rucksack
- Diploma as nurse HF/FH (or equivalent SRC recognition)
- CAS Person-centered care of people with dementia or training as a dementia coach is beneficial
- Joy and experience in dealing with people with dementia – or great interest in deepening yourself in this area
- Independent, reliable working method and a good feeling for people
- You are mobile (Driving Licence Cat. B), like to travel and appreciate the variety in Spitex work
