Full description
In order to strengthen our team, we are looking for the majority open acute care unit KPP-4 with a focus on psychosis.
Tasks
- You support and promote the social skills and abilities of patients in the milieutherapeutic setting during night work
- You implement the care process competently and promote the health and resources of patients
- Acting in crisis situations You are competent and provide patient safety
- You understand You as part of an interprofessional treatment team with responsibility for the optimal implementation of the concept and mission statement of the PDAG
- You will receive an acute allowance (if used in two different services)
Requirements
- Certified nurse (HF), preferably with professional experience in (acute) psychiatry
- You are an enthusiastic specialist with high technical, social and self-competence and are interested in actively developing the treatment concept with us
- You have a resource- and solution-oriented understanding of care
