Main responsibilities
- They accompany patients in everyday life and together with them shape the low-threshold socio-psychiatric treatment
- You plan and lead nursing group offers to promote practical everyday skills
- They promote patients in a resource-oriented way in group setting and individual coaching
- They participate in the needs-based design and implementation of the daily and weekly plan
- They shape interdisciplinary cooperation constructively and reliably
- They identify emergency and crisis situations at an early stage, accompany the patients and initiate the necessary measures
- They shall cooperate with assignment bodies, relatives, employers and specialised bodies: You are responsible for ordering
- You document your services carefully and take on administrative tasks Profile
- You have completed training as a qualified nurse HF or as a social pedagogue HF
- They ideally bring experience in psychiatry as well as in-depth knowledge in the accompanying and treatment of people with ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and thus support the desired specialization.
